You are responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that delight guests with exceptional flavours and presentation. As the Head Baker, you will support the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and quality. You will be responsible for assisting in recipe development, supervising junior bakers, managing inventory, and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

A successful Head Baker must be highly skilled in various baking techniques, have strong leadership abilities, and work well in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding baked products to guests.


Qualifications
