Chilaka Coffee is looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee program and barista team as we continue building a strong, coffee-forward culture.

Role Details
  • Designation: Head Barista
  • Experience: 5–8 years
Must-Have Requirements
  • Proven team handling & leadership experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in espresso, brew methods & calibration
  • Recognised coffee certifications (SCA / equivalent preferred)
  • Experience in specialty coffee or premium café environments
  • Passion for training, consistency, and coffee excellence
