Responsibilities

  • Lead the Bar team and ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Superviseand coordinate the day-to-day operations and events of the hotel Bars.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Develop and manage the bar budget
  • Maximizethe quality of service and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the ordering and management of bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
  • Setweekly and monthly staff schedules

    • Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality will be considered as an asset.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant position in 4* hotel.
  • Strong organizational, time-management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and/or escalated guest issues and find creative solutions.
  • Team spirit and customer-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
