Responsibilities
Lead the Bar team and ensure a smooth guest experience.Superviseand coordinate the day-to-day operations and events of the hotel Bars.Provide training and ongoing support to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.Develop and manage the bar budgetMaximizethe quality of service and customer satisfactionOversee the ordering and management of bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and garnishes.Setweekly and monthly staff schedulesRequirements
Degree in Hospitality will be considered as an asset.Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant position in 4* hotel.Strong organizational, time-management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and/or escalated guest issues and find creative solutions.Team spirit and customer-oriented approach.Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.Why work with us?
