Professional, high-energy with excellent communicationskills: This is the profile of Bartenders/ Mixologists at Daios Cove. At thehelm of the cocktail experience at Daios Cove are The Clumsies, top mixologistsfrom Athens and their award-winning bar, consistently in the top spots of the#Worlds50BestBars. Therefore, our Bartender will work closely with the team tocreate the perfect cocktails and organize the team of the bar.

In your department:

  • Welcoming guests, listening to them to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
  • Planning drink menus and informing both guests and service team about new beverages and specials.
  • Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well stocked.
  • Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean work and dining area, adhering to health & safety regulations.
  • Developing new cocktail recipes.

  • Skills and qualifications that will help you go beyondyour role:
  • Minimum high school diploma – preference for diploma in tourism or food & beverage
  • Understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
  • Good knowledge of coffee varieties, spirits and cocktails and basic knowledge around wine
  • Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
