🧭 About the Role
We are seeking a senior revenue leader to own and drive business growth for our IT and Non-IT staffing and IT services practice.
This role is 100% revenue-focused. The selected candidate must have a proven track record of acquiring new clients in the U.S. and India and must be able to bring active client relationships and generate revenue shortly after joining.
👉 This is NOT an operations, delivery, or GCC setup role.
👉 This role is strictly for proven revenue owners and client hunters.
🚀 Key Responsibilities (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
1️⃣ Revenue Ownership (MANDATORY)
- Own end-to-end revenue generation for IT & Non-IT staffing and IT services
- Carry annual and quarterly revenue targets
- Build, manage, and close a strong sales pipeline
- Forecast revenue and drive predictable growth
2️⃣ New Client Acquisition – USA & India (MANDATORY)
- Acquire new logos in:
- United States
- India (domestic market)
- Sell and close:
- IT Staffing
- Non-IT Staffing
- IT Services / Project Execution
- Open doors with:
- Direct enterprise clients
- MSPs / VMS programs
- Prime vendors and system integrators
- Personally lead prospecting, negotiations, and deal closures
⚠️ Candidates must demonstrate prior new client wins in the U.S. and India.
3️⃣ Immediate Client Bring-In Expectation
- Ability to bring active clients, prospects, or signed opportunities upon joining
- Expected to generate initial revenue within the first 90 days
- Existing relationships and warm accounts are a strong requirement
🎯 Mandatory Experience & Profile (STRICT FILTER)
You WILL be rejected if you do not have:
- 10+ years in IT & Non-IT staffing or IT services sales
- Proven ownership of revenue generation
- Documented success acquiring new clients in the U.S. and India
- Experience closing:
- IT staffing deals
- Non-IT staffing deals
- IT services / project engagements
- Ability to bring clients or immediate opportunities upon joining
Preferred
- MSP/VMS sales experience
- Enterprise and mid-market selling
- Strong C-level / procurement relationships
