Role Overview

The Head of Business Excellence will drive continuous improvement initiatives across textile manufacturing units (spinning, weaving, processing, sheeting), focusing on productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. The role involves deploying Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies to embed a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Transformation: Execute CI projects using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma; standardize operations and conduct process mapping and root cause analysis.
