1. Oversee End to End Operations for SAP, DMS and other front end applications including Infrastructure, Network, Dealer Digital processes, digitalisation with external interface and advanced data analytics2. Overall responsibility of ERP (SAP HANA) and non-ERP applications in-house3. Liaise with internal business teams and external partners to ensure delivery 4. Create various Dashboards for key Business functions and processes for real time Management Information and Decision making 5. Integration knowledge for seamless data flow & Data Structure understanding between DMS/SAP/ Other Critical Applications 6. Identify opportunities to improve, automate the business processes by using available and latest functionalities in SAP, DMS, and other applications / systems 7.
