What you’ll do

• Own the full product lifecycle – from range planning to in-store delivery
• Develop and execute seasonal and annual merchandise plans aligned to business strategy
• Maximize sales and profit through smart, data‑led range selection and allocation
• Lead new product introductions and exit strategies
• Build strong cross‑functional and supplier relationships to hit key milestones and drop dates

What you’ll bring

• 2–3+ years of experience owning product/merchandise lifecycle
• Retail and buying experience
• Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen
• Proven leadership with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Agile, proactive, and detail‑driven problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
