Roles and Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE Drive offline transactions for Consumer Durables and Digital Products on a large EMI Card franchise Cr+) through - statistical models, big data analysis, propensity models and other analytics projects , optimizing the Store conversion(POS,ISD,QR) Funnel (K Offline Stores) , end to end Campaign planning, creatives, execution and reporting, Deliver B2B requirements for Consumer App – Customer engagement and Reward Propositions with Annual budget of Cr,and work towards initiatives to minimize EMI Portfolio risk exposure

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


Campaign Designing And execution

Drive conversion At Store through EMI Card franchise through Customer engagement and Offer propagation

Own and strategize the campaign designing for all B2B businesses

Campaign automation across channels Consumer App, BFL Web, Retargeting campaigns across Offline Search channels.

Ensure channel, customer , dealer governance is followed by other team members

Conceptualize campaign creatives with ever evolving business requirements – Festivities, New Phone launches etc. across all channels
Ensure execution through Unica and Responsys and reporting and analysis of campaign performance
