seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a new American BBQ restaurant opening soon in Applecross, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead a kitchen from opening and play a key role in building the team and culture from the ground up.

This is a hands-on leadership position, suited to a chef who thrives in high-volume service and enjoys developing people and systems in a new venue.
