Job Summary
The Head Chef / Kitchen Manager oversees all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and cost control.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen staff and daily food production
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Control food cost, inventory, and waste
- Enforce sanitation and safety standards
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of professional kitchen experience, with 3 years in a leadership role
Requirements
- Strong culinary, leadership, and organizational skills
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
