Three Chariots Coffee is preparing to launch its new outlet, JHUND - a concept-driven restaurant focused on bold, regional flavours from the Maharashtrian and Konkan regions, interpreted with a contemporary approach.

We are urgently hiring a Head Chef with 7+ years of experience to lead the kitchen and establish the culinary identity of this new venture.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong expertise in Maharashtrian and Konkan cuisines
• Be comfortable creating small plates that are flavour-forward and well-balanced
• Demonstrate an inclination towards Continental cuisine, particularly in technique and presentation
• Lead menu development, kitchen operations, and team management for a new outlet

Key Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of regional Indian ingredients and cooking techniques
• Experience in menu planning, costing, and execution
• Ability to build systems and maintain consistency from the ground up
• Hands-on, creative, and operationally sound

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
