Monday - Friday role
£30,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operation in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and organised chef looking for a great work–life balance in a Monday–Friday role.
Key Responsibilities-
Planning and production of all menus in line with Compass requirements

Full responsibility for allergen safety and staff training

Use of Compass ordering and menu systems

Ownership and completion of the Food Safety Log Book

Completion of all daily food production and wastage sheets

Delivery checks, stock storage, and correct stock rotation
