Kitchen Management
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and dishwashers.
- Plan menus and ensure they meet quality, taste, and nutritional standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Culinary degree or technical certification (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Skills
