Kitchen Management

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and dishwashers.
  • Plan menus and ensure they meet quality, taste, and nutritional standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Culinary degree or technical certification (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
