Head Chef (Executive Chef)

Responsible for managing the entire kitchen operations, menu planning and food preparation. Oversees chefs, cooks and kitchen staff to ensure quality, hygiene and timely service. Maintains food cost control and ensures compliance with health & safety standards. Plays a key role in training staff and introducing creative dishes.
