HEAD CHEF

Excel is looking for a talented head chef to join our staff. We offer both flexibility and competitive pay with an opportunity for experience in sites throughout Dublin.

Responsibilities of the Head Chef:

  • Manage all kitchen staff and SOPs in an organised manner

  • Follow HACCP standards

  • Prepare and plate various types of dishes and desserts

  • Assist with menu modifications when required

  • Manage purchasing, stock levels, wastage and food costings

    • Requirements for this position:


  • At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Head Chef

  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead

  • Must have a Manual Handling and HACCP certs (or willing to do training)

  • Experience in various cuisines

  • Irish work permit or EU passport

  • Ability to drive is preferred
