About the role

Reporting to the Home Manager at CalvaryRye Sands, located in Rye.

We are looking for experienced Chef who is passionate about providing an exceptional food offering to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of daily meals for residents that meet their special dietary requirements eg; texture modified, allergen compliant, culturally relevant.
  • Ensure the menu is adhered to and residents receive meals of choice.
  • Ensure all meals prepared and served are fresh, well presented, appetising and aromatic.
  • Act as the Nominated Food Safety Supervisor for the site
