Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute authentic Indian menus (North Indian, South Indian, Tandoori, Curries, Biryani & regional specialties)
Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
Prepare and present high-quality dishes following standardized recipes
Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff (Sous Chefs, Commis, Kitchen Helpers)
