15–20 years of experience in authentic Lebanese cuisine
Strong kitchen management & leadership skills
Experienced in menu creation, food costing, and team training
Able to thrive in a startup environment
Passionate, self-motivated, and open to feedback
Must ensure food safety, hygiene, and standardization
