Best Hotels is looking to hire a Head Chef in Lloret de Mar.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Customer service.
• Organize Department Schedules.
• Train the staff.
• Support all items in your department.
• Monitor compliance with the menu established by Central Best Hotels.
• Control and work with the records existing in the HACCP manual.
• Ensure and control Food Hygiene.
• Propose improvements to the gastronomic offerings and presentations.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years as Head Chef in Holiday Hotels. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in Hotels.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Advanced Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism.
• Specific training related to cooking.
• Languages: Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
• Computer science: at the user level.
