Experimental was founded in 2007 by Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff. About Menorca Experimental
Reborn from the remains of a 19th century estate, Menorca Experimental is an agrotourism hotel with two restaurants based on locally sourced Mediterranean cuisine: the main farm (breakfast and dinner) and the terrace overlooking the pool (lunch).
