Head Chef - Munster 5* Hotel

My client, a fabulous 5* Hotel in Ireland is seeking an experienced Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine to join their dynamic team. The successful applicant will be required to assist the Executive Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, including training, supervising staff, and monitoring food quality. They are seeking a hands-on proactive manager capable of leading and motivating a team of talented Chefs in multiple outlets. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Senior Chef role ideally working within a busy 5* Hotel or Fine Dining Restaurant environment

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar senior role in a 4* or 5* Hotel or Fine Dining Restaurant environment
  • A Team Player, excellent Staff Developer & an innovative Team leader
