We're seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead kitchen operations at RAAF Williamtown . This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on leader who enjoys structured rosters, developing teams, and delivering high-quality food across multiple service styles within a unique Defence environment.

• Predominantly Monday to Friday roster, working between 7:00am and 4:00pm
• Occasional weekend support as required
