Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Japanese dishes, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, manage cooking times, and collaborate with the team.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions, process payments, and maintain cleanliness in service areas.
- Assist with inquiries and serving beverages and takoyaki.
- Lead the team in the Kitchen Operations.
- Conduct forecasting and inventory of supplies.
Qualifications
- Fast food industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
- Can start immediately.
- Willing to undergo training
