Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Japanese dishes, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, manage cooking times, and collaborate with the team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions, process payments, and maintain cleanliness in service areas.
  • Assist with inquiries and serving beverages and takoyaki.
  • Lead the team in the Kitchen Operations.
  • Conduct forecasting and inventory of supplies.

Qualifications

  • Fast food industry experience is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Willing to undergo training
