Job Summary
The Head Chef is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall strategic management, quality assurance, menu development, and operational standards of all expedition kitchens and culinary teams (Kitchen Leads and Helpers). This position ensures all food service aligns with Castaway Tours' brand standards, prioritizes food safety and hygiene, and efficiently manages logistics and inventory, including theoversight of the central commissary operation .
