Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations on a daily basis
- Plan, develop, and execute menus according to brand standards and business goals
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
- Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
- Control food cost, wastage, and inventory levels
- Conduct food costing and portion control
- Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Coordinate with management on sales targets, promotions, and menu planning
- Handle kitchen discipline, performance, and staff development
- Ensure smooth service during peak hours and events
- Manage supplier relationships and ingredient quality
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
