Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our Teppanyaki operations within a fast‑paced food court environment. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality, ensure hygiene compliance, and drive menu and recipe development.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily Teppanyaki stalls operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and portion control.

· Lead menu development, recipe creation, and kitchen R&D.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and NEA hygiene compliance.

· Train, supervise, and coach kitchen staff to uphold performance and productivity.

· Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimise wastage.

· Coordinate with F&B teams on promotions and volume planning.

· Ensure excellent customer service and resolve feedback promptly.
