Hotel CIP – Grand ChasseralLocated in Tramelan, our 3-star hotel features a 50-seat à la carte restaurant that emphasizes local and seasonal products. It also has a self-service buffet restaurant with 150 seats, 15 conference/seminar rooms, and a banquet service that can accommodate up to 250 people. We are actively seeking our future Head Chef. We offer you the opportunity to take on responsibilities and manage a kitchen autonomously, while being able to count on the support of your department head and a solid and professional team. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen from a managerial perspective, with the primary goal of offering modern and high-quality culinary creations. You ensure compliance with our culinary commitments, including sourcing, management, and finance.
