Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining high food quality standards, and developing fresh and innovative menu ideas that attract customers and enhance the restaurant’s brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations on a daily basis
- Supervise, train, motivate, and discipline kitchen staff
- Develop and introduce creative, fresh, and seasonal menu ideas to attract and retain customers
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Monitor food costs, inventory, and supplier ordering
- Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards
- Reduce food waste and control kitchen expenses
- Work closely with management on promotions, events, and new concepts
