Purpose of the Role
The Head - Claims & Arbitration will lead the company's claims and disputes function, ensuring effective management of construction claims, arbitration support, and contractual risk across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead preparation of technical and commercial claims.
Develop clear project delay narratives and impact analysis.
