What You Will Do
Lead, develop and coach a team of Account Managers and build a clear, performance‑driven and transparent sales culture Develop and execute a structured client‑development approach, including account planning, pipeline steering and reliable forecasting Implement scalable sales processes, CRM standards and data‑driven methods to ensure consistent and efficient client management Collaborate closely with Product Management, Support, Onboarding, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Data Analytics and the Sales Support team in Poland to ensure an integrated client experience Manage strategic key accounts end‑to‑end – from opportunity development and stakeholder coordination to long‑term relationship management What You Bring
