Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Head of Cloud and Digital Infrastructure, you will be responsible for:

  • Technical Leadership: Leading a team responsible for cloud platforms, enterprise hardware, virtualization, storage, and backup solutions.

  • Presales & Solution Design: Working closely with the sales team to design, present, and deliver tailored solutions to customers.

  • Cloud & Infrastructure Deployments: Implementing and optimizing solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, VMware (Broadcom), and leading enterprise hardware vendors (Dell, HPE, VxRail, NetApp, Hitachi, Huawei, Nutanix, etc.)

  • Team Management & Mentorship: Developing technical talent, guiding junior engineers, and ensuring excellence in solution delivery.

  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Resolving complex issues in computing, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.

  • Ensuring Compliance & Best Practices: Driving best practices in security, reliability, and cloud adoption.

    • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, or enterprise IT.

  • Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud), enterprise hardware (Dell, HPE, VxRail, Nutanix, NetApp, Hitachi, Huawei), and virtualization (VMware, Microsoft, Linux, RedHat).

  • Strong presales experience—solution design, technical presentations, and client interaction.

  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex cloud and infrastructure issues.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
