Job Opening: Head of Cloud Practice

Location: Chennai / Bangalore

Reporting To: Enterprise Business Head

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Cloud Practice. This role is pivotal in shaping our cloud strategy, driving business growth, and establishing key partnerships in the cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement innovative strategies to build and expand our cloud services.

Revenue Generation: Create and refine service offerings that translate into increased revenue.

Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with major cloud providers and technology partners.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients to showcase our cloud capabilities and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to craft effective cloud solutions, focusing on pre-sales activities and consulting.

Team Leadership: Oversee a skilled team to ensure high-quality delivery and foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Engineering degree (any discipline) with an MBA preferred.

Experience: 15 to 18 years in cloud-related roles, with a focus on leading cloud practices.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging technologies.

Leadership Experience: Proven success in presales, solution development, and managing teams, with P&L responsibility.

Global Exposure: Experience in managing complex, large-scale implementations across diverse geographies.

Desired Skills:

Business Acumen: Ability to bridge technical and commercial aspects effectively.

Client Relationship Management: Excellent skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.

Knowledge of IT Processes: Familiarity with best practices in global IT environments.

Large Organization Experience: Background in operating within large IT enterprises is advantageous.
