A successful Head - Collections should have:
A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in collections management within the Banking & Financial Services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.
