Head- Command Center (Automobile)

Overview:

The Command Centre Head is responsible for overseeing the real-time operations, safety, and efficiency of vehicles (EV s / Passenger / Commercial). This role will be responsible for improving operational efficiency , productivity of vehicles, compliance regulations in terms of safety. A key role, to drive performance monitoring and maintenance management.

The Head will be a strong technical expert in vehicle fleet management- with high level coordination skills across all levels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the real-time tracking, dispatch and management of vehicles

- Develop SOP s for fleet monitoring and issue resolution

- Ensure operational efficiency , manage escalations, ensure adherence and compliance

- Implement real-time safety alerts and preventive maintenance programs.

- Involve in investigations related to fleet incidents and take corrective actions

- Lead a team of Command Centre operators, analyst and other staffs, conduct training and skill development for real time monitoring, fleet management, emergency responses.

- Maintain real tome incident log and conduct post- incident analysis for process improvement

- Develop and implement crisis response frameworks for vehicle breakdowns, power failures or technical failures.

- Utilize AI Driven analytics to identify trends and improve decision making

- Track energy efficiency, vehicle health, and driver productivity through data dashboards.

- Recommend technology upgrades, software improvements, and automation solutions for enhanced fleet performance.

- Monitor battery performance, coordinate with charging infrastructures to ensure seamless charging operations in terms of Electric vehicle monitoring.

- Work with stakeholders across sales, service, parts, warranty, R&D, quality

Candidate Requirement:

- Bachelor s/ Master s in Logistics / Transportation / Mechanical,/ Electrical Engineering

- 10+ years of experience in fleet operations, command centre management

- Proven track record in managing large-scale fleet monitoring, telematics systems, and charging infrastructure
