Key Responsibilities

Communications

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the annual communications plan across SCBM’s and SCSM’s discreet audiences in collaboration with the business teams
  • Lead the generation of content that engages audience segments and leads to measurable action
  • Put communications vehicles in place to create momentum and awareness as well as to test the effectiveness of communications activities
  • Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of across SCBM’s and SCSM’s internal newsletters, internal broadcasts and the Bridge
  • Coordinate and organize townhalls and other employee engagement programs
  • Track and measure the level of employee engagement within SCBM and SCSM over time
  • Identify communication opportunities and manage relationship with the media to secure strategic interviews during critical corporate milestones
