  • Analyse market trends to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programmes across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.
  • Provide expert advice on salary benchmarking and job evaluation processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation plans and suggest improvements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for benefits administration.
  • Ensure accurate communication and training for employees on compensation and benefits policies.

    A successful Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits (Global Role) should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the engineering industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of global market trends and regulatory requirements in compensation and benefits.
  • Experience in managing cross-cultural and regional compensation programmes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in the Middle East and India Markets is a must
  • Manufacturing background preferred
