Develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives.Analyse market trends to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programmes across multiple regions.Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.Provide expert advice on salary benchmarking and job evaluation processes.Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation plans and suggest improvements.Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for benefits administration.Ensure accurate communication and training for employees on compensation and benefits policies.The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits (Global Role) should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the engineering industry.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of global market trends and regulatory requirements in compensation and benefits.Experience in managing cross-cultural and regional compensation programmes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience in the Middle East and India Markets is a mustManufacturing background preferred
