Position : Head- Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Location: Kochi
Qualification: LLB / LLM
Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience.
Salary -17Lacs to 21lacs

Key Responsibilities:
•    Oversee high-risk legal and regulatory matters, and manage engagement with external counsel and regulators.
•    Ensure full compliance with FEMA and RBI regulations, including oversight of FLA, APR, and other statutory filings.
•    Lead governance and control frameworks covering contracts, cross-border agreements,
•    Director documentation, and authorization protocols.
•    Drive internal control effectiveness through oversight of audits, CAPEX governance, and approval of high-value procurements and purchase orders.
•    Establish and monitor robust compliance mechanisms for HR, payroll, factory operations, and statutory audits across locations.
•    Own enterprise risk mitigation areas including insurance management, IPR protection, and regulatory exposure management.
•    Act as a trusted compliance advisor to senior management and operational leadership, ensuring alignment with evolving laws, policies, and governance standards.
