    The key responsibilities are -

  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to align with business objectives
  • Oversee internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and industry influencers
  • Manage crisis communication plans to effectively address and mitigate potential risks
  • Lead employer branding initiatives across relevant media platforms
  • Lead public relations campaigns, including press releases, media kits, and interviews
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make improvements as needed
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in corporate communications
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Head Corp Comms should have:

  • Educational qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Atleast 15+ years of experience in corporate communications within the Power Industry or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication management.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing digital and social media communication strategies.
