The key responsibilities are -
Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to align with business objectivesOversee internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent messaging across all platformsBuild and maintain strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and industry influencersManage crisis communication plans to effectively address and mitigate potential risksLead employer branding initiatives across relevant media platformsLead public relations campaigns, including press releases, media kits, and interviewsCoordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across campaignsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make improvements as neededProvide guidance and training to team members on best practices in corporate communicationsThe Successful Applicant
A successful Head Corp Comms should have:
Educational qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Atleast 15+ years of experience in corporate communications within the Power Industry or a similar field.Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication management.Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in managing digital and social media communication strategies.
