A top-notch restaurant in Dibba-El-Fujairah is seeking an Executive Chef with at least 5 years of experience in a busy kitchen.
- We need someone who can develop menus, create exceptional dishes and lead the kitchen team ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall culinary direction and vision of our restaurant. They will oversee menu planning, food preparation, presentation, portion control as well as management of inventory levels to prevent waste.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable culinary school is preferred but not required;
- At least 5 years of professional cooking experience;
- Demonstrated expertise in classical French cuisine with knowledge of modern contemporary flavors preferred;
