Strategic role to design and develop customs clearance & trade product leading services in line with business regular growth vision of PSA BDP. Managing the Custom Brokerage business at pan India level Effective management of trade compliances and custom compliances Setting up service level agreement, KPI for custom clearance and effectively meeting customer’s SLA & KPI Growing custom clearance and trade compliance business across India Collaborating with commercial org for PSA BDP organisation for new customer acquisition and implementation of business. Overseeing customs brokerage team in performing all assigned customs and compliance function. Leading team of custom clearance and trade compliances on Pan India . Meeting the organization’s P&L specific custom clearance business. Work closely with respective stake holders across product vertical as well as Industrial vertical heads based out of various regions and Globe for necessary customer engagement through joint meetings, delivering industry specific presentations & penetrating PSA BDP & Group solution offering what could be an differentiating factor for customer in their existing supply chain process. Graduation/ Post Graduation MBA in supply chain management is a plus. Incumbent with post-graduation in Supply & Chain Management disciplines shall be preferred. Relevant experience of 12 to 15 years in custom brokerage and trade management . Result oriented professional with extensive experience in Custom Clearance & Trade Compliance Experienced in handling GST implementation, effective licensing, availing preferential duty benefits, handling clearances – EXIM, SVB, DEEC, EOU; DEPB, DBK, DFRC, EPCG and SEZ / STPI and Inter Unit Transfer Clearances Good to obtain PGA process, Customs Clearance like SVB, Valuation Rules, Classification, LM, BIS Setting various SOPs and process for Custom Clearance Keeping updates on latest Circulars / Notifications and Trade notice on Customs Custom laws and procedure, compliance, foreign trade policy, e waybill, and central excise matter, import /export policy matter Result oriented and target driven professional. Good communication and Presentation skills. Team player. Strong problem-solving and out of box thinking skills. Adaptability and go getter attitude. Good Interpersonal skills and Good Analytical bent of mind. Good knowledge of CRM & IT tools. Any other certification with respect to sales or logistic industry will be good to have though not mandatory.
