Job Description
- Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative and functional designs for transmission/clutch/powertrain systems
- Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final production.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design outputs.
- Identify and implement new design tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design team.

- Prepare and present design strategies and updates to senior management.
