Job Summary (Head - Digital Transformation) Program Leadership & Delivery (30%)
- Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of digital transformation programmes and workstreams.
- Translate organisational strategy into actionable digital roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Serve as the central point for programme accountability, aligning stakeholders and advancing digital maturity.
- Oversee transformation governance: reporting risk management, budget and vendor performance.
- Evaluate and collaborate with digital agencies, system integrators and vendors.
- Drive adoption via change management, internal alignment and upskilling.
- Develop and evolve digital strategy in line with new technologies and user needs.
