Program Leadership & Delivery (30%)

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of digital transformation programmes and workstreams.
• Translate organisational strategy into actionable digital roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Serve as the central point for programme accountability, aligning stakeholders and advancing digital maturity.
• Oversee transformation governance: reporting risk management, budget and vendor performance.
• Evaluate and collaborate with digital agencies, system integrators and vendors.
• Drive adoption via change management, internal alignment and upskilling.
