Head EHS

Role Overview:

Provide strategic and functional leadership to the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) function across the organisation, with a strong focus on electrical safety governance, ensuring the design, execution and operation of multiple offices are intrinsically safe, compliant and resilient. The role is responsible for institutionalising a robust EHS management system with particular emphasis on electrical hazard prevention, energy isolation, system integrity and life-safety assurance, aligned with the organisation's EHS Philosophy, Mission and Vision. The Head-EHS will drive a culture of zero harm, ensuring proactive risk identification, mitigation and continual improvement through strong employee engagement, leadership ownership and disciplined processes, while embedding sustainability, ESG commitments and statutory compliance across all establishments and locations.
