Role Purpose
This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role for a visionary technology leader passionate about building the digital bank of the future.
Expectation from the individual is to Lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital consumer technology platforms, leveraging next-generation technologies—including Gen AI, cloud-native architectures, and advanced analytics—to create a seamless, secure, and innovative banking experience for millions of customers.
Experience & Qualifications
· 15+ years in technology leadership, with proven success in digital platform delivery (preferably BFSI/digital banking).
· Deep expertise in digital banking technologies, Gen AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and modern software engineering.
· Track record of leading large-scale digital transformation and delivering complex technology programs.
· Education: BE/B. Tech, MBA from Tier 1 Institute in India.
