Head – Engineering & Costing

Designation: GM / AVP

Role Overview:
Responsible for technical governance, design optimization, and cost competitiveness across renewable and transmission projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering design review and approvals

  • Drive value engineering and design optimization

  • Prepare and validate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets

  • Support bid management and techno-commercial evaluations

  • Ensure designs are execution-ready and compliant with standards

  • Support project teams with technical solutions


Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

  • BE / ME – Electrical / Civil / Mechanical

  • 15+ years total experience

  • 10+ years in Solar / T&D / Substation engineering & costing
