JOB TITLE:Head – Enterprise IT (Enterprise Applications)  

LOCATION: Dubai or Chennai

The role ensures that core enterprise platforms—covering Finance, HR, Procurement, Governance, and Corporate functions—are secure, scalable, compliant, and tightly aligned with business objectives .

The position operates in close co-working partnership  with Telecom NSS, BSS, Infrastructure, Information Security, Internal Audit, PMO, and business leadership  to deliver end-to-end outcomes.

Enterprise Application Scope

The role governs enterprise platforms across Group and operating entities, including:

• ERP Platforms  – Finance & Controlling, Budgeting & Planning, P2P, O2C, Asset Management
• HRMS / HCM Platforms  – Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Workforce Management
