Financial Planning & Analysis
*Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning process.
*Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and growth.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS.
- Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, etc.).
- Capable to monitor Account Receivable, timely billing month on month basis.
- Should be capable to handle Income Tax, GST, and other tax compliance by liaising with consultants
