About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished VP – Pre-IPO Sales to lead the business vertical focused on sourcing, structuring, and distributing Pre-IPO and unlisted equity opportunities. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for engaging HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices, driving deal execution, and building a strong distribution ecosystem in the private markets space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Pre-IPO and unlisted equity segment.
- Identify high-potential, high-growth pre-IPO opportunities and build relationships with promoters, intermediaries, and investment bankers.
